All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Kansas City Youth Football Camp stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing US Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within our organization on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. US Government has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Kansas City Youth Football Camp will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Camper and Guardian Agreement
I have read and I fully accept the terms and conditions described on the Camp Flyer and on the camp website at www.kcfootballcamp.com including the cancellation and refund policies. I understand that the Kansas City Youth Football Camp Staff will do everything in their power to avoid any injury to all campers.  I am fully aware that playing or practicing football or any sport involves risk of injury/illness. I understand that because of the nature of the sport, contact and physical exertion will occur during this camp and that injury during practice at camp because of contact or physical exertion is possible. In return for my child ("Participant") being allowed to participate in the camp, I release and agree not to sue any of the other campers at the camp, Kansas City Athlete Training, Kansas City Youth Football Camp, and their staff members, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates from all present and future claims that may be made by the Participant or me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of the Participant's participation in the camp and caused by the ordinary negligence of the parties listed above, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I understand and agree that those listed above are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the camp, even if caused by their ordinary negligence. I understand that participation in the camp involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury. I am voluntarily allowing the Participant to participate in the camp with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to accept all risks of such participation. I certify that the Participant is in excellent physical health, and may participate in strenuous and hazardous physical activities, including the football to be played in the camp. Permission is granted for Participant to receive emergency medical treatment, if needed. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless those listed above for all claims arising out of Participant's participation in the camp and all related activities. I agree to let the parties use Participant's name and likeness free of charge in any manner and for any purpose without compensation to me or Participant. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the camp is taking place and agree that if any portion of the Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I am of legal age and am freely signing this Agreement. I have read this form and understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and remedies. I represent that I am a parent/legal guardian of the child named above and I agree that the terms of this release are binding on me and the Child.

Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kansas City Youth Football Camp:

• excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Kansas City Youth Football Camp literature; and
• excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Payment
We accept all major credit cards via our Online Registration or we accept checks made out to the Kansas City Youth Football Camp if you are mailing your registration in. Our Terms are payment in full before the first day of the camp. All goods remain the property of the Kansas City Youth Football Camp until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Returned checks will incur a $20 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to the Kansas City Youth Football Camp, either by email or postal mail.

Camp Rainout Policy
In the event of inclement weather, every attempt will be made to get all camp sessions in. If weather is such that the camp cannot be held, campers will be notified as soon as possible via our website however it is recommend that all campers come to the camp location because once inclement weather passes we will hold camp for that day. Refunds will not be given. Campers will receive a rain voucher to attend another scheduled camp or a make-up camp date if 2 or more camp days are cancelled. If a camper completes at least three full camp days, that is considered a full camp. A camp day which last 30 minutes will be counted as a full day. If three full days are not met, then camper will receive a rain voucher to attend a make-up camp.

Make-Up Camp Date(s): To Be Determined

The camp will only be cancelled by a the Camp Director at the camp location. Keep in mind the camp is being held on turf so once inclement weather passes we will start the camp for that day.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Refunds will only be allowed if received by the Kansas City Youth Football Camp no later than June 1, 2021. Refunds after June 1, 2021will depend on the situation, however the Kansas City Youth Football Camp does not guarantee that a refund will be issued after June 1, 2021. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States, or in relation to postings from the United States. Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

General
The laws of United States and Missouri govern these terms and conditions.
